In today’s podcast, I talk with Glenn Crosier about redefining your purpose at midlife.

Glen set up a freelance consultancy business in 2003 as a stepping-stone to starting a personal development company. Since then he has worked on everything from teenage homelessness in Kent to making meditation accessible for millions of people to preventing mental health crisis across East London.

Now 18 years later still passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing is finally changing direction to launch his personal development company. The Second Journey School provides mentoring and support for ambitious people who want to find more purpose, fun and meaning through their own self-employed enterprise in their 50s and beyond.

His approach to working through any kind of small change or major transition can be summed up in 3 words:

  • Possibility
  • Simplicity
  • Doability
